This smoothie is perfect for breakfast, before or after a workout, or when you just need an extra boost of energy!!
It contains superfoods such as chia seeds, ashwaganda powder, and acai. You can decide for yourself if these are types of foods you would like to include in your diet. For me, the acai gives me loads of energy, I add the ashwaganda to boost my mood and the chia seeds to also contribute to energy and add more fiber to my diet. There are loads of healthy benefits to these ingredients!

Energizing smoothie with acai, blueberry & protein.

- 1 Banana
- half Frozen Acai Pack I use Sambazon Unsweetened Acai Packs
- 1/4 cup Frozen Blueberries
- 1-4 cup Frozen Raspberries
- 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (Plant-based) I use the Orgain brand
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- half tsp Ashwaganda Powder
- 1 cup Andmond Milk (Unsweetend)
- half cup Water
- 1 tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
